Minutes of the Meeting:

The September, 2005 meeting of the Pensacola Hawg Hunters was brought to order at 7:00 p.m. on Sept.21, 2005 at Founaris Bros. President Dave Dyess presided. There were 23 members present and no guests.

Old Buisness:

A motion was made and seconded to waive the reading of the minutes of August's meeting. The treasurer's report and the report on the special fund were given.
Request were made for anyone who wishes to serve on the e-board for the upcoming year. The names presently up for consideration are as follows:

A cookout is planned for the October tournament at Lake Martin. Steaks are the main entrée for this cookout.
A picnic is planned for October 2nd. At Blue Angel Park for Hawg Hunter members and their families.
Dave Dyess auctioned off a pair of polarized sunglasses. The auction was won by E.W. Coombs for the amount of $ 6
.75.

New Buisness:

5 proposals for changes in the constitution/ and or tournament rules were submitted by members present.
During the discussion that ensued a motion was made by Fred Raby and seconded by Rich Renner, to eliminate the special fund and place those monies in the general club budget. A majority of members present voted to do so.
The vote on all proposals will be held at the October 2005 meeting.
Note!! This will be a vote only. Carifications will be entertained, but no discussion will be permitted.
